A $150.00 Non-Refundable deposit will hold your puppy until it is ready to go home with you.

Our sizes are:

The standard size for AKC is between 9 to 16 pounds at adulthood. Ours are different sizes and colors. Their weight is listed under their pictures on our dog page.

If you think that you might want a puppy from us please feel free to come meet our dogs. I will never deny anyone from seeing our adults and where they are raised. Our dogs are our family members and live with us in our home. They are not just breeding dogs they are our babies!

I cannot guarantee the size of a puppy. I will give you an estimate based on my experience and our past puppies. More then likely one puppy out of every litter will be bigger then its parents. When a breeder estimates a puppies adult weight it is just that an estimate. If you have someone guarantee their puppies size make sure you get it in writing.

Our Prices:

Our prices range from $500 and up. Prices for our livers as pets are $600-$700. Breeding rights will be more. Prices will be posted for puppies individually. We try to keep our puppies at a reasonable price range so that they are still affordable for everyone.

Our Shih Tzus are very carefully chosen for their good health, quality, temperament, and color. Each puppy is priced individually for all of these factors. We also have large puppy packs that go home with each puppy. We have put a great deal of time and money into our dogs and they have all been carefully chosen from out of state. We are also here for the life of your puppy for any questions or concerns that you might have, no matter how big or small. I try to keep in contact as much as I can with everyone to see how their little furbabies are doing. Our support, cares and concerns are not left at the door when you take your puppy home. They are there for life.

Most of our puppies will be sold with Limited Registration. For full registration you must contact me first. Full registration will only be given to select individuals. Puppies with full registration will go to great homes only. I never ever sell my puppies to puppy mills, pet stores, labs, or whole sale brokers. I am looking for loving homes where they can be part of the family. 

NO breeder wars will be accepted here! If you can not care about another humans feelings how am I suppose to trust you will care for a little furbaby.

I have the right to cancel a sale at anytime if it is in the best interest of our babies. If you give false information in your application we have the right to refuse to sell you a puppy even if you have paid your deposit. Please think about this when filling out the application!
