We are a small but busy Competition & Training Yard tucked away behind the village green in the quiet village of Stoke by Clare. Being right on the North Essex/Suffolk borders we are well located for visitors from London as well as more locally.
Sheridan Sport Horses have been established at Stoke by Clare Equestrian Centre since 1996. Originally the premises were only rented, however after three sucessful years I was able to purchase the property outright and the business has gone from strength to strength, with a new outdoor showjumping arena being built, the indoor arena having a new, 'state of the art' self-watering surface installed and various planning permissions obtained for additional improvements and auxcillary buildings.
We offer:- SHOWJUMPERS AND DRESSAGE HORSES FOR SALE I source only correct, genuine horses of good character, quality and breeding, generally from Germany or Holland following a few days of intensive viewing. They are then vetted, usually whilst I am present and onced 'passed' I then arrange for the importation to the UK, where they are further produced towards their specific discipline and offered for sale. The horses are usually available for purchase from 2wks after their arrival, but please be aware all the horses here increase in value the more they are educated and subsequently competed.
Select, genuine horses are sometimes accepted for sale on behalf of private owners, to sell on their behalf.
