Title I Officer signs assurances that Application was developed according to statutes
Approves Consolidated Application only if determined that the plan meets the requirements of NCLB
 
Reviews the plan for accordance with PI and teacher quality requirements.
Releases federal funding to district.
 
*2004 Biennial Review was conducted, approved by Board and filed with NYSED. The 2006 and 2008 Reviews have not been conducted.
