Superintendent establishes administrative guidelines for ensuring meaningful consultation with parents on the Consolidated Application
Parents are provided opportunity to review Consolidated Application before filing with NYSED and have written comments/concerns attached to document
Title I Officer signs assurances that Application was developed according to statutes

Approves Consolidated Application only if determined that the plan meets the requirements of NCLB
Reviews the plan for accordance with PI and teacher quality requirements.
Releases federal funding to district.
