The fee schedule for League luncheons is as follows:

Golf/Lunch/Cart Rental: $36.26
Golf/Lunch/Cart Owner: $17.00
Luncheon only: $14.00
LGA SPONSORED EVENT/LUNCH/CART RENTAL: $33.26
LGA SPONSORED EVENT/LUNCH/CART OWNER: 14.00
All checks must be handed in to the pro shop by the SUNDAY before the Tuesday luncheon.

GOOD NEWS RE: SIGNING UP
It will now be possible to sign-up for the Tuesday League day on the website!
By clicking on the e-mail address under the "Tuesday Event" catagory, you will send a direct e-mail to the pro shop. Travis has agreed to check the e-mails and include anyone who has sent it to the Tuesday sign-up list before making the pairings. HE WILL ONLY CHECK THE E-MAILS ON MONDAY MORNING, SO PLEASE ONLY USE THIS SERVICE ON THE SUNDAY BEFORE YOU WISH TO PLAY. I hope this will be a convenient method of signing-up if you are out-of-town or if you suddenly realize you forgot to check off the regular list. IT IS NOT MEANT TO REPLACE THE REGULAR WAY OF SIGNING UP. Travis, Wendy and Bill have all agreed to allow this, and we need especially to thank Travis as he has assumed the responsibility to be the one to check the Monday morning e-mails.

HOLE-IN-ONE
CONGRATULAIONS TO KAREN MULLEN WHO SCORED A HOLE-IN-ONE ON HOLE #20 ON AUGUST 30TH. KAREN BELONGS TO THE HOLE-IN-ONE CLUB SO PAYMENT IS NOW DUE FROM CLUB MEMBERS.
It was decided at the last meeting that the "hole in one club" will be for any "hole in one" scored at Pelican Pointe, with at least one witness. If the member had joined the club, they will be eligible for the reward money. When you join the hole-in-one club, you are obligated to pay $5 into the fund EACH time someone has a hole-in-one. This is for the entire year.

NEW FORMAT TO BREAK TOURNAMENT TIES
TIES IN A TOURNAMENT WILL BE BROKEN BY COMPARING SCORES ON THE #1 HANDICAP HOLE; #2 HANDICAP HOLE IF NECESSARY; #3 HANDICAP HOLE IF NECESSARY, ETC.

HANDICAP REPORTS
FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, I HAVE PUT THE EXTENDED HANDICAP REPORTS ON THE WEBSITE. THIS WILL PROVIDE THE RED, GREEN AND BLACK HANDICAPS FROM ALL THREE COURSES. I HOPE THIS WILL BE HELPFUL IN PLANNING EVENTS.

BIRDIE BOARD:
The birdie board will now be kept on the computer by Mary Al Gagnon. Each month, she will post a list of all those who scored a birdie. This list will be updated each month showing the total birdies scored by each member. The updated list will also be posted on this website on the "Tuesday T-Times" page. This new method will free up some room on the bulletin board in the ladies bathroom.
