Energy Smart Loans

Although the rebate for 2010 has ended, there is a program offered by Salt Lake County to All Salt Lake County homeowners including homeowners who live within one of the County’s sixteen incorporated cities, who occupy their homes.

Salt Lake County’s Energy Smart Loan is a finance tool that makes available low interest loans for energy efficient home improvements.
