Self-Inventory Kit
If you are on a limited budget and would really rather do your inventory yourself, this kit will get you started! Designed primarily for first time homeowners, apartment or mobile home dwellers, and senior citizens living in retirement communities, this inexpensive kit includes instructions for conducting your home inventory, a guide to videotaping for property documentation, and room-by-room checklists of furniture, equipment, and personal items that should be included. You will receive guidelines for effective written and photographic records, blank forms and more! If you think you can't afford an inventory but want to protect your valuables, this is the product for you!

Intermediate Services
We offer several levels of service, so you can customize your package in a number of ways to minimize your cost or your time comittment. If you would rather do your videotaping yourself, or prefer to write your descriptions ahead of time for us to transfer to computer print-outs, we have packages to accomodate your needs. Our goal is to help you adequately document your property; we will work with you to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your service.

Annual Review
Every year homeowners add and subtract items from their household. All of our inventory packages include a phone call 11 months after completion and annually thereafter to help assess the need for an update. Additional services, if desired at that time, will be offered at reduced rates to our customers.

Seasonal Updates
Items stored out-of-season may be difficult to access at the time an inventory is conducted. For example, if the inventory is completed in the summer, the homeowner may prefer not to pull out an extensive collection of Christmas decorations. Likewise, an inventory completed in the winter may not include outdoor furniture that is normally displayed in warmer weather. At NorthWest Home Inventory, we offer to include these items as a listing at the time of the inventory and return when they are displayed to individually and photographically detail them.

Weather Problems
In the event of significant snowfall at the time the inventory is scheduled, NorthWest Home Inventory includes a complimentary return visit to re-photograph the exterior of your home in more favorable weather. Photographs will be printed and recorded on a mini-CD and sent to the homeowner for insertion into the inventory package.

Don't Wait for the Perfect Time!
It's natural to want your home to look it's best, but keep in mind that the purpose of a home inventory is to protect your belongings. You don't need to change your lifestyle or spend hours cleaning and re-organizing before you inventory. We do ask that pets and children are supervised for safety purposes.
