Flat Fee per Room
A $150.00 charge is applied per room.
This includes floor and elevation plans that support space planning. It also includes the selection of a color palette. In addition, it includes the selection or design and rendering of wall and window treatments, as well as accessories.
Additional Charges
The flat fee does not cover materials or labor. If the client and the decorator agree, the decorator can assist in painting a space and sewing window treatments, cushions, and the like. The cost of this service will by based on an hourly rate and a quote can be reviewed.
