Deadlines
All photos and/or advertising materials must be received by 5:00pm on the 20th day of the month prior to publication.

Advertising Agency Commission
A 15% agency commission will be granted to all recognized advertising agencies. This commission will be forfeited if the payment terms of the contract are not met.

Bleeds are available on Full Page ads. Please allow 3/4" on all sides and keep text within the 7" x 10" image area.

Payment Terms
Monthly payment in advance is required of all advertisers unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.

Notice of Liability
The submission by the advertiser/agent/property owner of any materials for publication in Suncoast Homes or on SuncoastHomesMagazine.com shall be considered a representation to the publisher that the advertiser/agent/property owner is appropriately authorized to publish such materials, and that all necessary consent to utilize such materials in this manner has been obtained. The advertiser/agent/property owner assumes full responsibility and liability for the content of all materials submitted and published, and agrees to indemnify and save the publisher, its officers, agents and employees harmless from any and all damages, losses, expenses or other liabilities resulting from demands, claims or suits that may arise, directly or indirectly, from the publication of said advertising.

General Policies
• All advertising rates are per insertion.
• The publisher assumes no responsibility for any delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances.
• Discounts apply only to advertisers fulfilling the payment terms of their contract and are not retroactive.
• The publisher assumes no financial responsibility for any error or omission occurring in the publication of an advertisement. However, if the error is the fault of Suncoast Homes, the advertiser will receive a credit for additional advertising space in the next available edition. All claims for errors in advertisements must be made in writing and received within ten days of publication and will be considered only for the first insertion of the advertisement containing the error. An error which does not materially affect the value or content of an advertisement will not qualify for a credit, nor will any credit be allowed if the advertiser has seen and approved a proof.
• Suncoast Homes reserves the right to reject anything which does not meet the publisher's standards and to approve all copy printed in ads.
• Suncoast Homes shall have the right to hold the advertiser and/or its agency jointly and severally liable for payment regardless of whether such advertising was placed by the advertiser or its agency.
• Any check returned by the bank, for any reason, will result in a $25.00 charge to the advertiser.

Federal Fair Housing Act of 1968
All real estate advertising is subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act of 1968 which makes it illegal to advertise "any preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin, or an intention to make any such preference, limitation or discrimination." Neither Suncoast Homes nor SuncoastHomesMagazine.com will knowingly accept any advertising which is violation of this law. All property listed herein is available on an equal opportunity basis.
