Not every family is interested in a Breeding Male or Female but if you think you would like to work with us
in producing a Litter feel free to talk to me about this agreement.

It is different than some other breeders Guardian Home Policy that we actually offer you a Puppy to raise and keep with a Written Guarantee that you will allow us to Breed a Male or Female Once time or Evewn Twice if you want to keep our line going

Our Co Ownership Agreement mean you Purchase a Puppy for $ 1200.00 not
$ 1800.00 or more and get the money back after we have produced a New Litter with that dog.

You can choose a Puppy when Born or elect to receive a Check from us for the Sale of a Puppy.

If you are a qualified FAMILY & seeking one of our Dogs to continue our breeding line , and live in Fla, We do not sell dogs for breeding unless discussed prior to Sales agreement & a Co Ownership
agreement is signed


This Agreement is arranged prior to your purchasing a Bay Lake Doodle .

All Ethical Breeders protect their dogs line and avoid unneccesary breeding as we breed our dogs for Companions and Excellent Family Pets.

Unfortunately, we take a hard stand on people wanting to produce a puppy or puppies without permission first.

My follow up procedure is as follows :

1. Email me or mail me a copy of the spay and neuter slip from your vet by the puppies 8 month, no exceptions unless your vet gives me a reason that pup surgery for spay or neuter could not be done at that time.

2. We will provide you with a full hard copy registration at that time
if you like

2. We know this sounds harse but we want our Pups to go as family pets and leave the breeding to us.

The opportunity to Co Own a Doodle and agree to breed the dog atleast one time.

( If you decide you would like to breed your dog more than once please make those arrangements with the Breeder)

You will purchase the Puppy or Dog & agree that your Male or Female be brought back to Marcia Mobley for breeding, you can agree to have a litter of pups at your home, or
if you like let me whelp the pups and keep the Dam and pups for 6 six weeks,
You can decide to keep a puppy for Pet
or Sell the Puppy thru our Website to re coup your expenses of buying your First Doodle from Bay Lake Doodles.

Marcia Mobley will take the litter at 6 weeks of age and allow you to keep a puppy if that is your decision.

Marcia Mobley will pay for the female to be examined when neccesarry, but you will take care of the normal exam and vaccinactions for the dog you purchase. Marcia Mobley will pay for the Vet to exam the new puppies and take care of the neccessary steps to make sure they are healthy & have pups examined.

If at anytime you decide not to breed the dog and do not follow thur with the agreement, Marcia Mobley has the right to retrieve the dog and have it spayed or take the dog back, immediately under this agreement. This agreement will be legal if suit is necessary in the Below appellate court in Orange County, Florida. County of Orange,

If it is deemed that the Female or Male we place in Co Ownership with you is not breed able then it is a chance both of us take for trying to Breed her to carry on a Bay Lake Doodle line.

There will be no compensation
given or refunds for intial cost of Dog. Only the understanding she is to be spayed 6 wks after a litter as a pet.

After the First litter Marcia Mobley will sign over full registration to you
for Sole Ownership unless you agree to breed her once again.
