We are offering Co Ownership Homes for some of Our Doodles and Retrievers
now
You must live within 50-100 miles of
our home so that we can be a co owner iwith you and it is convenient for you and us
Here is how our Program works:
Allow us to breed the Puppy or Adult we place with you once or possibly twice on the 2nd heat of the Dam or
the Male we place with you.
Agree to help us have the pups born at Bay Lake home or your home if you are and have experience with pups or want to.
Agree to bringing female or male to Bay Lake for breeding when we need you to have him or her bred.
Agree that the Dog we place with you will spayed and or nuetered after breeding so that you can keep the dog permanently in your family.
Once we sign off on the contract after breeding with you the doggie, your pet becomes yours to keep
We also OFFER you a puppy out of the litter to keep and or the money that we sell one puppy for you.
Bay Lake, Marcia Mobley take all the puppies at 6 weeks and sell them to new potential homes at 8-10 as pets and may keep one for future breeding
You can choose to keep a Puppy for yourself or another family member but all pups that are sold for pets are to be spayed and nuetered under A Bay Lake
Contract.
Financial Responsiblity & Contract
We do not ask you for money for the Adult or Puppy but ask that you routinely keep up Shots, heartworm meds and more.

Want to be a Co Owner in a breeding program with Bay Lake Doodles and have the opportunity to own a Doodle or Retriever at no cost, other than routine shots and health updates
I agree Bay Lake will take respons
iblity for any whelping and birthing expenses that occur.
In our Contract if for any reason I can not keep the Adult or Puppy we will
allow Bay Lake, Marcia Mobley to come get the dog or return the dog to us.
Under no circumstances is the dog to be sold by you or given away for any reason while in your care.
If for any reason you do not allow us to use the dog for breeding, we will
take the dog back immediately and by signing this agreement you understand
that the dog will be belong to Marcia
Mobley without question.
If agreed please email me and sign this contract after we have discussed a Co Ownership agreement
