amount above. For Pet Quality only,
no breeding under this agreement. Deposits are $ 200.00 and not refundable, but you will not loose your deposit if you choose to wait
for next litter. If there is an
unforeseen problem with the Dam whelping and there are no puppies
avail, you can go to the top of the next breeding to follow.

Our Pups are not sold for breeding purposes, when you decide to get a Baylake Labradoodle you will signed this contract statement agreeing to Spay & neuter of your pup by 8 months of age, REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL WE RECEIVED YOUR NOTIFICATION AND STATEMENT FROM YOUR VET SAYING HE OR SHE has performed the spay or neuter. We will give you a copy, Bay Lake Labradoodles has the right to seek legal counsil and ask that you pay for full breeding right if this contract is not not upheld. IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE US WITH A SPAY AND NEUTER SLIP BY 8 MONTHS OF AGE, YOUR HEALTH GUARANTEE IS VOIDED.ALSO

WE WILL ASSUME YOU PLAN ON BREEDING YOUR DOG, THIS IS A NON BREEDING agreement & we have the right LEGAL COUNCIL in our County of Orange, Fla. AND RETREIVE YOUR PUP AND HAVE PUPPY SPAYED OR NEUTERED OURSELVES ,SINCE WE DO NOT BELIEVE IN EARLY SPAY AND NUETER THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING

Our Puppies are guaranteed under the following conditions below Please read description of guarantee below. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS. NONFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON ONCE RECEIVED, unless there is a medical illness diagnosed the first five days that is life threatening such as heart,hips,eyes.SEE HEALTH CERTI
FICATE ISSUED FROM OUR VET when you get your puppy.

The New Owner has TEN DAYS in which to take said dog/puppy to a licensed veterinarian. If one of these days falls on Sunday, the Owner has one more day to have the dog/puppy health checked. The New Owner is monetarily responsible for this exam. If for some reason the veterinarian finds anything seriously wrong (life threatening) with the puppy, it will be exchanged for another dog/puppy of equal value or a refund of the purchase price provided a letter from examining veterinarian is offered as evidence
of animal's illness and the animal
is returned within TEN DAYS of PURCHASE DATE. Return arrangements
and costs of this dog/puppy is the sole responsibility of the new owner. There are no exceptions. If the New Owner decides to keep the puppy/dog despite the veterinarian's findings, the Breeder will assume no responsibility for medical treatment costs. The New Owner will be fully responsible for all health care related costs. There will be NO replacement puppy offered or pur-
chase price refunded after the above Seven days have elapsed. In case of the death of this animal, within the above stated TEN DAY time period, an autopsy must be arranged for by the New Owner and findings submitted to Seller before any exchange can be made. If there is no evidence of a veterinarian office visit or health check, within those FIVE DAYS, this contract is void and broken by the
New Owner. This dog/puppy is guaranteed for a period of TWO YEAR from the date of purchase against Canine Hip problems and Progressive Retinal Atrophy. If CHD and or PRA
is diagnosed and confirmed and Breed-er is contacted with written proof from a licensed veterinarian within this time period, a replacement dog/puppy of equal value will be
given as soon as one is available. Medical bills from these exams are
the sole responsibility of the New Owner. We do not guarantee any
female pup with UTI( urinary tract infections) these can be enviornmental,water,food,recessed
vulva & can be corrected.

We try & make sure our Pups that leave here are perfect, but sometimes the Law of Nature plays a role too, and that is why we give you 2 yr guarantee.

Feel free to contact Bay Lake Labradoodles with any questions
during your pet's lifetime. If at
any time you can not keep the puppy
we will take the puppy back . Make sure you want this puppy because deposits & fee's are non refundable.
We do not want to see our Pups or
dogs end up in a shelter. Puppy or
Dog is to come back to Bay Lake Labradoodles. Puppy will come with
all up to date shots & will have been wormed three times and health certificate issued. According to the Florida Statue, Breeder is not responsible for disease contributed
to non performance of new Owner to give shots & ensure health.

AGAIN YOU MUST PROVIDE ME WITH A original receipt of pups spay and or neuter procedure & must be
rec'd by 8 months after purchase or all guarantee's are null and void.
THIS IS A NON BREEDING CONTRACT
MY PUPS ARE NOT SOLD FOR BREEDING PURPOSES UNLESS ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE PRIOR TO THE SALE. IF ANYONE attempts
to breed one of my dogs and does not notify me with spay & nueter receipts, I will take the pup to a local vet in yor area and have pup fixed for you. at your cost, please understand this
agreement.

Puppies are guaranteed for amt of purchase only.Even though we test
our dogs and do everything possible
to ensure you a healthy puppy thing can happen and we want you to know that we only breed good healthy parents.

Puppy being purchased is guaranteed
to be current on it's DA2PL+CPV &
bordtella vaccinations, & to have passed a vets examination. Buyer
will be provided with a copy of
the health certificate. Buyer under
stands that the puppy will need boosters of the initial vaccinations until the DA2PL+CPV "puppy series"
is completed, and then once annually thereafter.

IN A NUT SHELL ! HAVE YOUR PUPPY EXAMINED BY VET FOR WELL BEING.

We do abide by the Florida Law Selling Puppies to the Public, read below:

The following is quoted from Florida state law.

"It is the consumer's right, pursuant to section 828.29, Florida Statutes, to receive a certificate of veterinary inspection with each dog or cat purchased from a pet dealer. Such certificate shall list all vaccines and deworming medications administered to the animal and shall state that the animal has been examined by a Florida licensed veterinarian who certifies that, to the best of his knowledge, the animal was found to have been healthy at the time of the veterinary examination. In the event that the consumer purchases the animal and finds it to have been unfit for purchase as provided in section 828.29, Florida Statutes, the consumer must notify the pet dealer within 2 business days of the veterinarian's determination that the animal was unfit. The consumer has the right to retain, return, or exchange the animal and receive reimbursement for certain related veterinary services rendered to the animal, subject to the right of the dealer to have the animal examined by another veterinarian

Balances on Pups are due @ 4 weeks of age, No Exceptions. IF NOT PAID AT 4 WEEKS, PUPPY WILL BE LISTED FOR SALE AGAIN AND YOU MUST WAIT FOR NEXT LITTER, We Have a long waiting list & money must be rec'd in order for you to stay on the list for the puppy. If not puppy goes to next person in line.

Parasites and Puppies a MUST READ
PARASITES:

PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS SO YOU UNDERSTAND about these things that can happen in young pup :

Puppy’s leave Seller's home healthy
& of no none illness with a health certificate seen by Seller vet.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ THIS: ALL PUPS can contract parasites; such as giardia, Coccicida, or Kennel cough after leaving the Sellers home. taking puppy to strange places other than your own home, also IT IS A KNOWN FACT THAT TRAVEL IN CAR OR PLANE WILL OR CAN BRING ON COCCIDIOUS, it can be treated by vet very easy. Seller is not responsible for illness that can be cured by vet with simple dose of antibiotic treatment it is not life threatening) & puppies do get stressed in new environments. Make sure you know about parasites. And you understand this statement

We take Every precaution before pup goes home, we want you to be aware of these things possibly occurring because of them laying dormant and then cropping up due to stress. This does not warrant returning puppy or exchanging a puppy. These things can be treated

IT IS MY RECOMMENDATION AND MY VETS RECOMMENDATION THAT YOU FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES

Buyer should use common sense and not expose the new puppy to other puppies, take it to places a sick puppy or take it to public places until the puppy series of vaccinations has been completed.

Also at any time that your puppy is seen by another vet hospital and it contracts a disease such as kennel cough,parvo from this hospital due to staying at this hospital, seller is not responsible for this illness or charges. There have been times that buyers take puppy to new vet and it gets an illness from being boarded while being examined and seller can not be responsible.

Also; puppies can become stressed out during moves to new homes, change of
environment, diet, new drinking water, too much handling first few days, and
neuter and spaying surgery too,as we raise in the house.Worms, coccidiosis, urinary tract infections are not uncommon in puppies and we make sure that we treat puppies for Worms and use a special Karbo Powder prior to you getting puppy.

KIDS & PUPPIES:

We do not recommend nor can we sell a pup to a small child under 5, if you have older children in household we will definitely consider it, but single family homes with small children
under 5 do not know how to properly handle a puppy.

ALSO, if you have sick children at home or you and your family has a virus or cold prior to coming to pick out puppy you must re schedule with us, pups can get sick from children
with illness

Info about some Vets that Love to See you coming
Most of the time you will find a nice Vet in your area that really cares about your new puppy and does not see Dollar signs in their eyes, However, remember its a business and some Vet practices love to see you coming especially with a new puppy.

It has been my experience thru the years that several things can occur. Your vet does not know the wonderful enviornment that this puppy was raised in.

Your Vet does not know my Vet, and does not know the etra mile we go to ensure good breeding and good health.

Your Vet or New Vet may try and get you to perform all kinds of none necessary test, for all kinds of ridiculis fees

Let me give you a good recent example:

and of course please take your pup to vet if its really necessary !

When pups leave our home they can encounter new water, new home, new stress, this can bring up Coccicidous a parasite due to stress, it can be treated with Albon

A Pup left here completely healthy got in his new home and and one week later contracted loose stools, new owners took pup to vet of course, pup was given check up, vet said oh by way lets do a PARVO test this pup could have Parvo and you could loose him if we do not find out, $ 300.00 later pup showed no shows of having parvo, a fatal diease and was not ill, puppy had eaten a stick and caused stomach ache

Be sure you trust your new vet okay just word of advise, if you have doubts call me, if you have mixed emtions about what new vet is doing call me.

Nothing is worse than getting taken for money that was not needed to be spent and upset the entire family thinking they bought a bad puppy.

The Vet admitted in the end after I called her on this in moreways than one, that the pup was perfectly healthy looking, but in my opinion she made a terrible bed side manner call and upset this family to no end. End of story !

There are things you can do at home to help your pup feel better after eating sticks and other things. Pepto Bismo for coated tummy !

Pick Up Dates for your Puppy
I hope that you will understand that when pups are ready to leave at 8 weeks they need to be picked up within that week. Over the last few years I have always been willing to hold onto a puppy if someone had vacation plans or Christmas Plans, its gotten harder for me to do so and I must ask that if you do have plans maybe a relative or neighbor will look after your new baby
until you get back.

CO OWNERSHIP CONTRACT
CO OWNERSHIP CONTRACT -BAY LAKE DOODLES

I Marcia Mobley, Bay Lake Doodles and ______________________ agree to Co Own a Doodle with you for a period of no less than 3 yrs. At the appropriate breeding time of the female dog, or male dog in this agreement; we will agree that the Doodle comes back here to Bay Lake Doodles for Breeding or you can agree to have Semen flown in to you and A-I performed by licensed Vet in your area.

This contract will state at bottom if the Puppies are to be born at Bay Lake or your home, which ever is more convenient.

This contract is a legal binding Agreement ; where both parties sign and agree to all terms and conditions in the agreement
or legal suit may be brought for failure to agree to the terms below in the apellant Court of Orange County Florida, County of Orange.

I, undersigned below, agree to follow this agreement and purchase my Doodle from Marcia Mobley at a rate described in the above for sale Contract. I also understand that I agree to breed my dog atleast one time and can agree to a 2nd time if I choose.

At the end of the breeding period I am to have my dog spayed and not bred again. With an original invoice from
my vet stating dog was spayed or neutered.

I agree to all necessary shots, amy medical care not related to pregnancy & up keep of my dog until breeding time and at the time the female has been verifed pregnant Marcia Mobley will agree to pay for all vet care during pregnancy and whelping and litter care for you and the dog.

I agree that I can receive a puppy back from the breeding and also opt to sell my puppy or have Marcia Mobley sell
my puppy to gain back my initial fee of my Breeding Dog.

If for any reason I can not keep my dog during this arrangement I need to return the dog to Marcia Mobley to rehome and sell and I will get a percentage of the sale only, I will not be given full payment. If for any unknown reason the dog dies and is not available, or there is a freak accident of any kind, Marcia mobley has right to request documentation from your Vet. Marcia Mobley can give you another puppy at her discretion only undedr this same agreement.

If I fail to agree to these terms above Marcia Mobley has the right to retreive the dog from me at any time.
