Marcia Mobley, Breeder agrees to sell you Puppy in the amount above. For Pet Quality only No breeding under this agreement. YOU MUST AGREE TO SPAY OR NEUTER YOUR PUPPY BY 8 MONTHS OLD BUT NOT EARLIER THAN 6 MONTHS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. OTHERWISE YOUR HEALTH GUARANTEE IS NULL AND VOID, we require a copy of spay/neuter receipt from your vet.
If not rec'd timely, we do have the right under this agreement to take possession of the puppy and have our vet do the necessary surgery & ask that you pay us for procedure ,before returning puppy back to you. Our pups are not sold for breeding purposes. Deposits are $250.00 & non refundable, BALANCES ARE DUE@ 4 WKS OF AGE NO EXCEPTIONS if you choose to wait for next litter, you will not lose your deposit. You will be placed on next litter born and at top of list. any purchase after 4 weeks old will be paid in full at that time of sale. If there is an unforeseen problem with Dam whelping & there are no puppies avail in that litter,you can go to the top of the next breeding to follow. Bay Lake Doodles ask that you return a dog if you can not keep it & let us rehomeThe dog, you will not be given any compensation from the puppy sale if its sold for reduced amtWe can try to recoup a refund for you, if it’s a puppy, but there are no guarantees.REGISTRATIONS CERTIFICATES WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL WE RECEIVED YOUR

NOTIFICATION AND STATEMENT FROM YOUR VET SAYING HE OR SHE has performed spay or neuter. Bay Lake Doodles has the right to seek legal counsil & suit in the appellate court of Orange County Orlando,Fla. regardless of where you live.Our Puppies are guaranteed under following conditions below ; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. SEE HEALTH CERTIFICATE ISSUED by OUR VET when you get your puppy. New Owner has 7 DAYS in which to take said dog/pup to a licensed Vet. If days falls on Sun Owner has one more day to have the dog/puppy health checked. New Owner is monetarily responsible for exam. If for some reason the Vet finds anything seriously wrong (life threatening) with puppy, it will be exchanged for another dog/puppy of equal value)Provided a letter from vet is offered as evidence of illness and is returned within 7 DAYS of PURCHASE DATE to Seller. Return arrangements & costs is dog/puppy is the sole responsibility of new owner. No exceptions, If New Owner decides to keep puppy/dog despite vets findings, the Seller assume no responsibility or medical treatment costs. The
New Owner will be fully responsible for all health care related costs. In case of the death of this dog within the above stated 7 DAY time period, if a Vet finds hereditary problems with dog within 1 yr period of time according to Florida State Statue & Law, Seller will have right to have dog examined by Vet of choice before making a decision on replacement puppy.An autopsy must be arranged for & by the New Owner & findings submitted to Seller before any exchange can be made. We do not guarantee any female pup with UTI(urinary tract infections) it can be environmental,water,food,recessed vulva & can be corrected. Florida Law Says we must give you1 yr guarn. We Give you a 2 yr guarn. And if you decide use NUVET SUPPLEMENTS FOR YOUR NEW DOG WE WILL EXTEND YOUR GUARAN.TO 3 YR PERIOD thats how strong we feel about use of these supplements , Make sure you want this puppy because deposits & fee's are non refundable.We do not want to see our Pups or dogs end up in a shelter. Puppy/ Dog is to come back to Bay Lake Doodles.
Puppy/Dog will come with all up to date shots & will have been wormed 4
times & health certificate issued. According to the Florida Statue, Breeder is not responsible for disease contributed to non performance of new Owner .We do abide by Florida Law Selling Puppies to the Public.
If Balance on Pup is not paid by 4 wks. PUP WILL BE LISTED FOR SALE AGAIN AND YOU MUST WAIT FOR NEXT LITTER

Fla Law & Parasites in Pups a MUST READ
FLORIDA LAW SECTION 828.29
It is the consumer's right, pursuant to section 828.29, Florida Statutes, to receivea certificate of Vet
inspection with each dog or cat purchased from a pet dealer. Such certificate shall list all vaccines deworming medications administered
to the animal and shall state that
animal has been examined by a Fla. licensed veterinarian who certifies that, to the best of his knowledge, the animal was found to have been healthy at the time of the vet exam. In the event that the consumer purchases the animal and finds it to have been unfit for purchase as provided in section 828.29, Florida Statutes, consumer must notify the pet dealer within 2 business days of the veterinarian's determination that the animal was unfit. The consumer has the right to retain, return, or exchange the animal and receive reimbursement for certain related veterinary services rendered to the animal, subject to right of the dealer to have the animal examined by another vet

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ THIS: ALL PUPS can contract parasites; such as giardia, Coccicida, or Kennel cough after leaving the Sellers home. taking puppy to strange places other than your own home, also IT IS A KNOWN FACT THAT TRAVEL IN CAR OR PLANE WILL OR CAN BRING ON COCCIDIOUS, it can be treated by vet very easy. Seller is not responsible for illness that can be cured by vet with simple dose of antibiotic treatment it is not life threatening) & puppies do get stressed in new environments. Make sure you know about parasites. And you understand this statement
We take Every precaution before pup goes home, we want you to be aware of these things possibly occurring because of them laying dormant and then cropping up due to stress. This does not warrant returning puppy or exchanging a puppy. These things can be treated
IT IS MY RECOMMENDATION AND MY VETS RECOMMENDATION THAT YOU FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES
Buyer should use common sense and not expose the new puppy to other puppies, take it to places a sick puppy or take it to public places until the puppy series of vaccinations has been completed.
Also at any time that your puppy is seen by another vet hospital and it contracts a disease such as kennel cough,parvo from this hospital due to staying at this hospital, seller is not responsible for this illness or charges. There have been times that buyers take puppy to new vet and it gets an illness from being boarded while being examined and seller can not be responsible.
Also; puppies can become stressed out during moves to new homes, change of
environment, diet, new drinking water, too much handling first few days, and
neuter and spaying surgery too,as we raise in the house.Worms, coccidiosis, urinary tract infections are not uncommon in puppies and we make sure that we treat puppies for Worms and use a special Karbo Powder prior to you getting puppy.
KIDS & PUPPIES:
We do not recommend nor can we sell a pup to a small child under 5, if you have older children in household we will definitely consider it, but single family homes with small children
under 5 do not know how to properly handle a puppy.
ALSO, if you have sick children at home or you and your family has a virus or cold prior to coming to pick out puppy you must re schedule with us, pups can get sick from children

Info about some Vets that Love to See you coming
Most of the time you will find a nice Vet in your area that really cares about your new puppy and does not see Dollar signs in their eyes, However, remember its a business and some Vet practices love to see you coming especially with a new puppy.
It has been my experience thru the years that several things can occur. Your vet does not know the wonderful enviornment that this puppy was raised in.
Your Vet does not know my Vet, and does not know the extra mile we go to ensure good breeding and good health.
Your Vet or New Vet may try and get you to perform all kinds of none necessary test, for all kinds of ridiculis fees
Let me give you a good recent example:
and of course please take your pup to vet if its really necessary !
When pups leave our home they can encounter new water, new home, new stress, this can bring up Coccicidous a parasite due to stress, it can be treated with Albon
A Pup left here completely healthy got in his new home and and one week later contracted loose stools, new owners took pup to vet of course, pup was given check up, vet said oh by way lets do a PARVO test this pup could have Parvo and you could loose him if we do not find out, $ 300.00 later pup showed no shows of having parvo, a fatal diease and was not ill, puppy had eaten a stick and caused stomach ache
Be sure you trust your new vet okay just word of advise, if you have doubts call me, if you have mixed emtions about what new vet is doing call me.
Nothing is worse than getting taken for money that was not needed to be spent and upset the entire family thinking they bought a bad puppy.
The Vet admitted in the end after I called her on this in moreways than one, that the pup was perfectly healthy looking, but in my opinion she made a terrible bed side manner call and upset this family to no end. End of story !
There are things you can do at home to help your pup feel better after eating sticks and other things. Pepto Bismo for coated tummy !
Pick Up Dates for your Puppy
I hope that you will understand that when pups are ready to leave at 8 weeks they need to be picked up within that week. Over the last few years I have always been willing to hold onto a puppy if someone had vacation plans or Christmas Plans, its gotten harder for me to do so and I must ask that if you do have plans maybe a relative or neighbor will look after your new baby
until you get back.

Facts about Percentage of Lab x Poodle in Breedings
Important Facts to Know about % of Lab in your 1st, 2nd and 3rd Generations
Genetics is a Complicated Thing, but we do know that a 50/50 Lab x Poodle as stated in general description Could be and I say could be more Lab like and less Poodle like and vice versa
Also F1 B Doodles can be more Poodle like hair; loose curls, tighter curls
hypo allergentic etc. Just because we describe the F1b as 75% Poodle and 25 %
Lab that is not always case , you could still have fabulous Lab like facial and body proportions like we breed and less poodle like proportins
I know this is all confuing but its never a perfect 75 % 25 % breeding
Its like described to me once by Great knowledgeable breeder that knows genetics; TAKE A JAR OF JELLY BEANS AND SHAKE THEM UP AND FIRST TIME YOU POUR THEM OUT YOU GET BLACKS REDS AND YELLOWS
2ND TIME YOU SHAKE THEM UP YOU GET PINK, WHITE AND GREENS

Hip Scores
Sometimes two dogs with excellent Hips can throw pups with bad hips Yrs ago I thought two Excellent Scores in 2 dogs was a great thing.
After Learning more from an Excellent
resourse; I have learned that 1 dog with Good Hips can be bred to a dog with Fair Hips to develop and throw pups with Excellent Hips.
We never breed Poor Hips but now will consider Fair Good and Excellent in our Lines
