The quality of rental equipment and the standard of service were excellent. Jay was a pleasure to deal with, and even had a smile on his face when we had to drag him away from his dinner at 9pm when our delayed flight from London made us incredibly late arriving. We had two very frazzled toddlers, but he was at our condo within 10 minutes and we had everything set up for the kids to go straight to bed. The standard of the equipment was excellent – best we’ve ever had whilst renting on vacation. Top quality, new and super clean. It was so nice to just have the items available rather than taking everything along and risking damage on the airplane. We (my grandparents, whom you delivered to, and I) were very impressed with the communication you kept with us from the initial quick response to my rental request via e-mail, to the phone calls concerning the delivery times. As well, the items/equipment were all in like-new condition and very clean. We have traveled to Sarasota for years, and used several different baby rental companies before finding A to Z Baby Rentals, and we will never use anyone but A to Z for future visits. A to Z’s baby products were clean, organized, and in great condition. The selection of toys they chose for my kids was perfect for their ages, and the thought and care involved in the reservation process was outstanding. The beach cart and chairs were amazing. The chairs were so comfortable and the cart was so helpful in moving all of the family gear back and forth. The toy tubs provided by age group were really terrific with such great variety. Our girls really enjoyed them and wanted to bring most everything home with them! You were so easy to work with and so timely on delivery and pick-up. The service you provide is so helpful when traveling with little kids and makes vacation at the beach a lot more relaxing and fun! Traveling with a baby is not always easy. Jay from A to Z Baby Rentals certainly helped to make our vacation relaxing. I was extremely satisfied with the baby equipment we rented during our recent stay in the Sarasota area. With 7 children ages 5 and under staying in the same house, we needed a lot of gear, and A to Z accommodated every request. All of the equipment (strollers, cribs, pack & plays, booster chairs, toys, monitors) were in excellent condition and were exactly what we were looking for. A to Z personnel were easy to work with in advance of our arrival and were flexible with our arrivals/departures. I couldn't have asked for a nicer experience and will definitely use them again when we return!
A to Z Baby Rentals was the best decision that I made on my vacation. Having 6 month old twins, it is very difficult to travel with all of the necessities. A to Z had everything that we needed at a great price. The home delivery and set-up was awesome, the customer service while we had the items was exceptional, and the pick-up was very convenient. I would recommend A to Z to everyone traveling to Florida with children.

I highly recommend renting from "A to Z." We came to Lido Key with our two sons ages 7 and 10 and wanted to rent bikes for them for the week. The free delivery and pick-up was a big plus; Jay delivered the bikes right to our house and was on time. They came with locks which was helpful, and were in great shape -- brand new actually. I would most certainly rent from them again.
I just wanted to thank you for the great service you provided to us on our trip. It was so convenient renting the items we needed from you. Thank you for being flexible with our schedule. It was so nice to know we would have the things we needed for our children which we, obviously, could not fly with...Especially, with the airlines charging for baggage now. We got much use out of the stroller and my son loved the sand toys. The stroller worked well in the sand. Siesta Key is beautiful and I think your service is definitely needed for travelers. My husband and I had family coming in to visit. In the mix was my 15-month-old nephew. I searched on line for baby furniture to rent so that my family would not have the added inconvenience of traveling not only with a fussy toddler but all his gear. I phoned A to Z Baby Rentals and by the end of my conversation was so excited. The gear we rented was fantastic and the price was amazing. The furniture was promptly delivered and set-up. It was clean and in good working condition. When we were done the furniture was picked up and taken back. No hassles, no fuss. It made the visit that much more pleasant.
