What does it do? And what is meant by "You Are The Healer?" These questions and more are answered during this brief, two-to-three-hour introductory class where the principles of energy body work are explained and demonstrated. The class begins with Einstein's scientific discovery that everything is energy, including our bodies. Utilizing Einstein's theories and present-day scientific approaches, the workshop participant is taught how and why the body is an energy system which can become: • depleted • unbalanced • blocked • scattered • misaligned • slowed After the scientific scene has been set, the participant is introduced to the Chakra System, the bridge between the physical and emotional/spiritual bodies. Discussions include: what the Chakra System is how the Chakra system works what happens when the Chakra system is not working properly what we can do personally to keep the Chakras working properly After the participants have a good overview of the body's natural energy system and its function, Energy Body Work is introduced and explained. The benefits are discussed and small demonstrations are provided. The body's energy system is viewed and discussed as a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual system requiring good health in all areas for full healthy functioning. Cost of the workshop is $35.    Usui Reiki I & II In this class, Reiki l & ll are taught together. The student learns the history and art of Usui Reiki; what Reiki is, how it heals and the new historical discoveries about how it was re-introduced to the planet. Students are taught the traditional Reiki hand positions used in a Reiki session for themselves and others and taught remote healing techniques. In addition, intuitive methods of hand placement are taught and practiced to enhance your confidence in your intuition and inner guidance. A manual is provided and students experience Reiki as a practitioner and client during practice sessions. The class is approximately 6 hours long and wearing comfortable clothing is recommended. See the Class Schedule Page for dates   Introduction to Donna Eden's  5-Minute Routine for Health For our bodies to experience the world operating at full power two things need to occur: the body's energies need to be running forward (because that is the way we ove through life) and the energies need to cross (the right side of the brain governs the left side of the body and vice versa). This class teaches a 5-minute routine that connects all of the body's energy meridians, gets the communication system between the 2 hemispheres of the brain functioning properly and centers us. In so doing, we are in a position of strength and centeredness to deal with the stresses and challenges of the day. These exercises, when practiced daily, can improve health, relieve us of stress and assist us in powerful ways, emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. This is a 2 hour class.
